Engineering Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Plan, control, and monitor the execution of engineering support activities for production functions to ensure that the needed support is provided according to the needs and company budget.* Plan, control, and monitor implementation of maintenance and repair of utilities (boiler, electricity and water) in production functions to ensure that production operations can run in a undisturbed and sustainable way* Oversee and manage boiler operation.* Plan, control and monitor the spare part usage.* Evaluate and analyse Engineering activities, capabilities, performance and budget, take preventive and corrective actions in maintenance planning and activities where needed, develop and implement optimizations and innovations.
